At Jurat Legal Solutions, we are always looking for extra people service our clients. Get paid good money as an independent contractor. The requirements are:
- You must have to be at Least be 18 years of age
- A registered Process Server in any California County, or in the process of becoming a Registered Process Server
- Reliable Transportation including insurance
- Knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure
If you are interested in becoming a Registered Process Server, here’s is what you have to do:
Step 1. Buy a Surety Bond (I recommend surety1.com for $2,000) the average prices is about $100
Step 2. Go to your Counties Registrars office and pick up a Live-Scan form, go to the Sheriffs Office and have them before a Live Scan.
Step 3. Make Sure to take 2 passport photos
Step 4. Once you have all that information, go to your County Registrars, apply and you will be a registered Process Server.

Lancaster/Palmdale
Santa Clarita Valley
