Jurat Legal Solutions is pleased to announce that we offer our special uncontested eviction package. We understand how expensive and time consuming it can be when your tenant is not paying rent. We also know that sometimes it is a difficult decision to do an eviction- As a Landlord, it can be very difficult, however, we provide an easy, cost effective way to evict your tenant. What does our special package include?

• *Service of the 3 day notice to pay rent or quit

• Filling out the proper paperwork for the filing of the Unlawful Detainer

• Serving the Unlawful Detainer

• Filling out the Proof of Service form

• Filing the Proof of Service for the Unlawful Detainer

• Filling out all of the paperwork for the Sheriff

• Appear as a witness if need be

• This price also includes the cost of filing the unlawful detainer

We can do all of this and all you need to do is send us the proper paperwork (ie. Lease agreement and other information you might feel necessary) and we can do it for $500

$500 would be our fee (This is includes all Serves and Filing of Paperwork with the Court.)

Court Fees are separate from the fee of Jurat Legal Solutions. The vary based on county.
